"Have been with Gene Dukes State Farm for several years, called today to make a payment and I've been considering shopping around for other insurance and canceling my policy with them. I spoke with Jessica Johnson, who was honestly delightful and the most helpful anyone has been. She's very knowledgeable, personable and kind. Great at her job!
